This act meant that huge numbers of non-Europeans—some 800 million—had the right to live and work in Britain. Curiously, the probable consequences of this act were not much debated in the House of Commons..."

It is hard to escape the conclusion that Britain is finished as a world power.
In importing the third world, it has simply bitten off more than it can chew. Significant areas of England are now ethnically cleansed of whites. Public (ie government) schools in some districts are feral cesspits of violence. The recent riots speak for themselves. Skilled whites are leaving. London no longer looks European, let alone British. Police cameras are everywhere; budding terrorists fly in and out unhindered, while native Brits fear to talk the truth. The politicians lie and lie and lie, and the MSM is anti-white.

There are still parts of America that operate on the honor system - when I am in rural Lancaster county Pennsylvania (maybe 100 km from some of the worst ghettos in America) there are sometimes farm stands where the owner (often Amish) leaves a money box with a slot at his farm stand when he is not present. YOu are supposed to take the basket of apples or whatever and stuff the payment into the box. This exists to this day.

Every one bemoans the end of the West but people forget that the West periodically reinvents itself through new ethnic compositions and cultural destruction.
Just as the influx of Barbarian peoples reinvigorated the effete Roman empire and produced ultimately something entirely new, the Barbarian Arab influx into Europe will inject virility into a native population that has become enervated.
This is the pattern of the West. We forget that ancient Greece in Hellenistic times went through the same kind of world weariness and exhausting that overtook Europe in modern times. They were replaced by the Romans, who eventually lost interest in continuing their civilization and were overtaken the obscurantist but virile Germans. Who developed a very nice and complex civilization in the Middle Ages only to become bored with it and feel a deep malaise that was only punctured with the Renaissance and Reformation (people forget that the Renaissance happened not just because new texts were found, but because disillusion with Middle Ages civilization made people LOOK for new paths and directions).
Today we are witnessing the end of the order ushered in by the Renaissance.
Had Europe continued just as it was it would have become like China; stagnant but civilized. Instead, Europe will relapse into barbarism for a few centuries and then emerge renewed, with a new ethnic composition, as it has in the past.
The old Germanic peoples have exhausted their virility through wars, in a genetic sense, they NEED new blood.
Asia will be caretakers of what the West has created up till now but will add nothing new.
It is very re-assuring to learn that all these Third World people with IQ's in the 70's and 80's are going to invigorate the West.

The problem is that the center of gravity of civilization never stayed in the same place, after Greece it moved to Athens and so on, the question is where it will move now. Out of Europe and out of America, where?
Another problem with the above theory is that the infusion of African blood had never in the past caused any revival of civilization, probably the opposite.

Anon, the Germanic peoples were known by the ancient Romans and Greeks as *stupid* as well. There is no evidence their IQs were any higher than the Arabs of today. It seems quite likely the Germanic peoples went through some kind of eugenic experience. Fusion between stupid but virile with smart but effeminate might be just the thing needed.
J, thats a good point about geographic shifts. In the past though they were mostly within Europe. Perhaps the new centers will be in Spain (always a barbaric fringe)? In Eastern Europe? Although, Gaul and Italy were centers of high civilization in Ancient Roman times AND in Renaissance times, so maybe the geographical shift rule allows of exceptions.
The one thing that seems needed to me is SOME kind of new genetic fusion. The Chinese I think will always be stagnant, UNLESS there is some fusion of blood there. Maybe over time, all the infusions of whites marrying Chinese will produce such an effect?
As for Africans, the Africans in Europe these days are Moors, and as such are still Caucasians.

You must not have been to a large city in Western Europe during the last 10 years. Sub-Saharan Africans are well-represented.
Chinese dynamism is concentrated in Fujian, Canton and Formosa, where the contact with Europeans was longer and deeper. In Japan, Nagasaki.
Other areas where the center of gravity may move: Shanghai, Australia, Brasil. Spain? I doubt it.
Spain now has among the lowest birth rates on earth, so if it becomes a new cultural center, it will be as El Andaluz, not with its current population.
In all of history, sub-Saharan Africa never even had a written language, so the chances that it or its people will be the fount of a new Renaissance are pretty slim. China was a leading cultural power for 5,000 years so I rate its chances highly - I do not buy the line that its people are lacking in creativity or originality. Edison said that invention was 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration. The Chinese people are willing to do the hard work necessary. They value our Western cultural heritage more highly than we do and will serve as its guardians if the West again falls to the barbarians.
Regardless of the presence or absence of native intelligence by Arabs (I vote for absence), their current cultural direction seems to be toward increased devotion to religion and away from modernity.

As far as "eugenic experience", the E. European Jewish immigrants to America in the late 19th/early 20th century were also considered to be lacking in the mental dept. by some at the time. Of course this was only a matter of lack of education and exposure to the culture, not native intelligence and they caught up with (and passed) the "native" population in less than one generation once they were given the appropriate opportunities. There are quite a few stories (just from the people I know personally) of Jewish immigrants who arrived as penniless teenagers not speaking a word of English and who were able to, within a few short years, learn the language, catch up in school and then go on to get American professional degrees. J of course did something like this not once but twice in his lifetime. Needless to say, the next generation who were born here did very well.
OTOH, the American Black population shows no signs of catching up, ever. Legal constraints have been removed for 50 year now and the gaps in tested intelligence remain quite constant.
I suspect the German barbarians were more like the Jews than the blacks in this respect.

Tony Blair and the other Cultural Marxists once championed the idea of an "African Renaissance".
Presumably, he was referring to the South African Farm Murders, the Zimbabwean Land Invasions, the Lord's Resistance Army and the ruthless brutality on the Congo-Liberia Axis. Strangely, one doesn't hear this term so often any more.
You really have to have firsthand experience to appreciate the exquisite blend of depravity and idiocy exemplified by mountebanks like Blair. It is difficult to convey the reality.

Regarding the Germans, you forget that the E European Jews had their own sophisticated Talmudic culture and had done excellently in their own countries.
The German barbarians had no sophisticated culture at all of their own. It was not simply a matter of a failure to adapt to Greek or Roman culture.
For those reasons I think it might be more likely that the Germanic people went through a less intense version of the eugenic experience the Jews went through.
Ironically, its precisely the existence of a 5,000 year old unbroken tradition of civilization that makes me pessimistic that the Chinese have anything new to offer, at least in their current genetic incarnation. They have done what they can do, and if we go by history, it seems unlikely they will do anything new or special unless they become a new people genetically, at least partially.
Within 100 years or less, we will all become bored with the intransigence of stupidity, and the complete failure of Cultural Relativism to hide the very serious problems which accompany low IQ.
We will start to design intelligence into human beings via genetic engineering,and although the first steps will be faltering, it will surely become a major human goal, like getting to the moon.
And the IQ denialists will be the first in the queue to demand the new treatment as a 'human right'.

Europe is finished. Unless a war is started to rid it of Islamics the demographics inevitably lead to the conclusion that they will be in the majority in all of Western Europe except Switzerland within a generation. Islam IS the Dark Ages. Socialists love a totalitarian creed like Islam which is why they have brought this upon Europe.
