According to Jewish laws, Eve Zur is not 100% Jewish. The rabbis would not convert her so she gave up and took her revenge: she did not fast on Yom Kippur. (Thanks to the story, IHTG)

Well, statistics show that the non-Arab, non-Jewish population in Israel has the lowest birthrates in the country, so they are outliers.
From my experience, the purely Jewish Russian immigrants have been here longer, are more assimilated, and are wealthier, so they do have more children than the non-Jews.

Looks like her Slavic mother comes from some fertile peasant stock. She has six siblings(!) - an incredibly large family for Russian immigrants.
You mean Russian Jewish immigrants.
Some Russian sects are Mennonites or similar.
