My son visited a N. Korean restaurant in China (all N. Korean embassies are expected to be self-supporting thru legal or illegal businesses). The menu was presented in English, Korean, Chinese (which my son can read) and Japanese. The dog meat entries were not translated into English.
There was a report I read of a visitor to North Korea who got arrested for asking some official why their president was "the only fat man in the country".

In Korea they are fermented first.
There is much for them to ferment.
Fattened beloved leaders are best consumed as bosintang or prepared as a fermented health drink with herb destillates.

Anon.
What answer did he expect?
What was he charged with? Stupidity?
As I recall, I think the person was a woman, and a South Korean.
I think the charge was that she had more balls than most men.
