lobola, or bride price, in cash and cattle. The MDC-T leader says it was a date and he paid "damages" for getting her pregnant, not marriage
lobola.
His critics say he is a widower, grandfather and blighted by HIV who should know better, but Morgan Tsvangirai talks of himself as a bachelor who should be left to have as many dates as he wants. "You have to wonder, is a bachelor not allowed [to have affairs]?”

African culture is truly different.
Morally, he should not be allowed to have affairs if he is HIV positive; I don't know if he is or he isn't, or even whether he knows or not.
All I can tell you is that there are plenty of people in these cultures having "affairs" when they should not be, and that this should be telling the rest of the world something that it does not want to acknowledge.

Herman Cain must be wondering why he cannot be a presidential candidate. In Zimbabwe he would be considered a saint.
I will say this about Morgan Tsvangirai; he is a ballsy guy, and has stood up courageously to Mugabe's thugs.
I don't begrudge him any of life's comforts and pleasures, and I hope things turn out well for him personally. I do not believe he is an anti-white racist.

The HIV rate in Southern Africa is inordinately high, and can only get like that in direct proportion to the amount of unprotected promiscuous sex.

AIDS, inasmuch as there is an identifiable disease is largely spread through anal sex and concomitant promiscuity. Few heterosexuals willingly admit that they play for the other team, which is why African sex habits are a worth a paper or two.

BTW, US$ 36,000 + ten cows is a fortune in Zimbabwe. Why are women so expensive? In Gaza or Egypt the price is $ 5,000 + three camels or 5 asses.
