Ensuring Israel's Idiocracy Forever

About 15% of reproducing couples cannot because of infertility. I assume that about 10% of the babies born are non-paternal that is the putative father is not the biological father and that because of low sperm count and mobility. Human females are directed by instinct to organize sperm competitions to ensure that they get fertilized by healthy sperm, so a percentage of the babies are fathered by almost anonymous men picked up on the street. Other are fathered through artificial insemination. It can be estimated that 5 to 10% of Israel's babies are fathered by the low-quality non-Ashkenazi people - Israeli but mainly foreign Christian.

The situation of fast mixing and degradation of Israeli genetic quality is ensured by two "secret" phenomena: one is the disappearance of legal, hospital sperm banks, and the second, the religious opinion of a 18th Century Hungarian rabbi (Feinberg) who said that it is forbidden for Jewish women to be inseminated by Jews because the risk of forbidden blood relations, but it is allowed by non-Jews, who are considered "non-persons" in the Jewish religion. According to our imbecile rabbis there cannot be the slightest forbidden blood link when a daughter of the Holy Chosen People is impregnated by a wild non-person. As consequence, religious women buy their sperm from foreign banks, ensuring that the donor is NOT Jewish. That's why you can see many strange, non-Jewish phenotypes in religious neighborhoods, and that is why a growing number of religious boys are falling out from the yeshives and given to form drunken street gangs (never seen among Jews anywhere), as they dont like to study Gemara.

Israel has had 15 sperm banks, 13 of them public and two private, but only seven are still active. The banks have stopped working for dearth of donors. No one in his mind will undergo long genetic tests, giving blood and sperm up to six times just to be included in the list of donors, writing down all his family background, signing numerous official forms, and so on, and then donating sperm for 200 shekels (60 dollars). The main cause there is no donors is the uncertainty about anonimity (that is, the certainty that it does not exist) and some well publicized cases where supposedly "anonymous" donors found themselves (years after having forgotten the whole thing) in court ordered to pay lifelong child maintenance.

The worst of aging is the loss of innocence, of illusions, of hope. Fortunately, it ends soon.

USA demands to see Israeli bank accounts

It came to my knowledge that the USA is demanding to see the bank accounts of about 100,000 Israelis. It is to control money washing and tax payments. In principle, no one can be against complying with laws. Yet...

European banks are closing down "small" accounts with less than one million dollars. They say that the reporting obligations (to the USA) are so complicated and expensive that they are losing money on small account. Since banking is a highly computerized business, what may be the expenses of reporting?

There is an ongoing competition between the USA and the European Union to impose their own standards on everything. America is winning. I have been studying norms and standards and American standards are clear and practical. European standards are extremely complicated, full of cross references to other obscure standards, to the point that I decided that life was too short to try to understand them. The Chinese have no standards, they study assidously foreign standards in order to "pass" and export. New Zealand has clear, short and original standards, those people have been doing some no-nonsense thinking. I rather like them. Israeli standards are a joke.

What I am sensing is America imposing its laws and will on the rest of the world. Being the largest economy, they have the power to make the rest of the world dance to their tune. They are using their power very aggressively. Well, they have eleven battle groups patrolling the seas. No one else has battle groups. If they want to see bank accounts, no one is going to say no to them.

Macau: The Future, Today

In order to imagine the future, I 'm looking at Macau. The first European settlement in Southern China that has developed into the world's most advanced society. It has the highest average age of dying (86 years) and the densest population (18,500 persons per square kilometre). They make their money from the industry of the future: entertainment. The political leadership is very capable: they managed to avoid external conflicts for generations.

Yet Macau is not selfsustaining: Only 2000 babies are born every year (in a population of half a million, that is, about half of the number required to refill the population). It is like an Essene monastery, dedicated to spiritual/commercial activities, recruiting its population from a larger pool. It is a self-selected elite that occupies its life with higher callings, enjoying refined Portuguese-Chinese cuisine, non-self-sustaining but refilled by a steady inflow from the sea of "wild" population around.

The candle burns at its top, shedding light, but fed from the grease below. In the end it consumes itself and burns out. Human societies are like that: fed from below. America has consumed millions of "wild" European immigrants, and its light is now fed by millions of Mexicans and Chinese flowing in below. In time, they will rise to the top and be consumed.

I am feeling old and tired this morning. Let God's will be done.

America in the numbers

I'm trying to visualize the America as it appears in the numbers. About 90% of the people has no property, no assets. Their net value is negative (they owe money) or have insignificant savings. 80% of the Americans (if I am not wrong) live in non-traditional households, that is, only a fifth lives in a man+woman+children family setup. The trend is to further dissolution of traditional frameworks. How will look America's next generation?

A large mass of deracinated, alienated individuals, that owns nothing nor has close blood relations with anyone, dependent for survival on the State.

Like Rome, from a State formed by free property-owning peasants, with large households, that served in the army, America has degenerated into a rootless cosmopolitan urban proletariat with a salaried army.

As for the future, Western Rome collapsed under Hun genocide and Eastern Rome collapsed a thousand years later under the Turkish assault. Since mongol tribes with composite bows mounted on ponies have disappeared, the American State is in no danger of collapse and may go on for another thousand years. Friedrich Engels Explains why the Family is Disappearing in America

The title of The Economist "The traditional family is now the preserve of a minority" seems to say that there is some kind of unjust discrimination going on against the poor and the colored, forbidding them to marry and form stable families. Some kind of apartheid law that preserves the status and advantages of a "traditional family" to a privileged minority.

I dont blame the young journalist framing reality in the PC "discrimination" mold. He grew up in post-Marxist Britain where he was not properly indoctrinated and ignores that the family is an outgrowth of private property. As private property is fast concentrating in a few hands, the institution of family disappears among the property-less masses and becomes restricted to a small minority. Friedrich Engels in "The Origin of the Family":

Reconstructing the past history of the family, we arrive at a primitive stage when unrestricted sexual freedom prevailed within the tribe, every woman belonging equally to every man and every man to every woman.

No private property and humans revert to their primitive state. In post-Capitalist America, where the masses own no property, the institution of the family is losing its meaning ("gay marriage") and is disappearing. After a lifetime of ridiculing Engels, it appears that this goyische kopf and not Karl was the real brains behind the Communist Manifesto. Call it serial polyandry or whatever, sexual freedom is almost complete, thus Communist utopia cannot be far away.

Protest Tourism

Ambassador Hart is joining the anti-Israeli flotilla to Gaza. “I've always felt that Israel has been a little bit of a burr in the saddle in our foreign policy,” he said. “Here is a small country with no particular interest to us in any real strategic terms, yet it sort of jerks us around because it has not only a very vocal Jewish population, but also supporters of Israel from non-Jewish groups."

Hart told the Jacksonville newspaper that that one of the reasons he is joining the flotilla at the age of 77 is his having “missed” participating in the efforts of the civil rights movement to break segregation in Mississippi in the 1950s and 1960s.

We have a problem when Carter and Hart are against us. Why dont we give back Gaza to the Egyptians and forget them? Who needs them? Savage Winds Battling TASE

I have lost about 15% in the last months as TASE has lost its foot. Our Israeli Stock Exchange used to be a small local non-developed market, but then came the disaster of being re-classified as a Developed Market. Suddenly TASE was put in the lime light of large international investment funds and they started to play the market. Very large sums (for us) were put in the market then retired as the funds re-arrranged themselves according their global positioning equations. That is, TASE become very volatile and prices are now unlinked to anything doing with Israel itself or with the companies. I dont know exactly how this is working, but I imagine that some computer program alerts another program that there is much internet taffic including the word "crisis" in the Middle East region. Who knows, may be an American female journalist may have been molested in plain daylight in Yemen. Or the Caliph of Mauritania may have declared war on the Yellow Emperor. The second program then rebalances the fund's global holdings reducing the 0.18 % it has in TASE to 0.11%. Next day, TASE is bewildered by the sudden sale pressure, no one knows what is happening but are suspecting that something must be happening, panic ensues and prices fall 20%. This is my imagination, things must be much sophisticated and complicated. May be not. All in all, this reclassification has harmed me. TASE is a self-important midget full of air and should not be playing in the Giants league. With time we may learn how to game the field and avoid being trampled down every second day but by then I may be smelling the violets from below.

Today I am looking forward to another difficult day. Moody's Investors Service just placed the long-term debt and deposit ratings of 16 Italian banks and two Italian government-related financial institutions on review for a possible downgrade. The large funds and banks that move their capital from one market to the other are already reacting - Europe is starting to sink. I dont know what to do. I mean, I know even less than usual what is going on and what is my best move.

Police State

One of the central issues of modern society is the police-state built up in the last forty years to repress men. Unfortunately, the only people talking seriously about it are right-wing "reactionaries" (a political term that used to define monarchists, but that has lost all meaning about 200 years ago) with visceral dislike of "Jews" (Jews in their minds are not real people - generally reactionaries have excellent relations with their Jewish neighbors, lawyers, doctors, bankers - but diabolical conspirators bent in imposing financial capitalism/State directed Socialism, internationalism, feminism, Third-World immigration, workplace quotas for Africans, etc.). Chief Inspector Chen Cao on the Ai Wei Wei case

Ai Wei Wei is a Chinese artist famous for the design the stunningly original Bird's Nest stadium, the centre-piece for Beijing's 2008 Olympics. He is also a political dissident and a malignant critic a-la-Frankfurt School of China's government. On April 3 he "disappeared" - but soon it was discovered that State Security (the Secret Police) had taken him into a secret "safehouse" on suspicion of vague "economic crimes". The case developed into a international cause celebre that ended yesterday when he was released in a humiliating climbdown for Beijing.

I just finished reading Qiu Xialong's "When Red is Black" on exactly a case like this one. Yin, a dissident writer with American connections, is murdered. The Beijing government panics that it may be discovered that the case is linked to her political background as a former Red Guard and will cause loss of face for the Communist Party. Shanghay's political police unit headed by Comrade Chief Inspector Chen Cao is called into action, with orders to wind up the case as soon as possible and without any political implications. But that week Chen is on vacations, secretly working for Gu, a Shanghay Big Bucks triad boss, so he orders his loyal but not-too-bright sidekick Yu to lead the investigation.

As journalists start to get interested in the politically charged case, suspecting that the Secret Police had killed the dissident writer (Chen himself suspects so), Beijing's Government increases the pressure to "solve" the case as soon and innocently as possible. After a week of exhausting work, Yu still has no solution and Party Secretary Li is anxious. As the deadline approaches, a faithful old Communist appears out of the blue and assumes all the responsability for the murder. Li is about to call a press conference to announce the solution but Chen warns him that making an Old Red Guard to kill the dissident writer will not silence the case but the opposite. Li begs Chen to take over the case from dumb Yu and wind it up in a three days.

In a "finale" reflecting how China works today, Chen ask his connection the "black" crime boss Gu for help. In a show of friendhsip and efficiency, Gu produces next morning an illegal immigrant in a Shanghay slum, a remote relative of the dead dissident writer, who appears to have had some money dispute with her. The boy confesses and the case is solved neatly and without the slightest political implications nor loss of face for Beijing. Chen's political superiors are delighted. "Red" (the Communist Party government) is "Black" - a corrupt, criminal gang.

Unfortunately, the Ai Wei Wei case took place in Peking and the incompetent Beijing political police inspector (Chen Cao's real life homologue) badly fucked up the investigation, causing a severe international embarrasment and loss of face for the Government.

My dear antisemite readers will enjoy knowing that Ai (Love, in Chinese) is one of the seven Jewish family names assigned to Jewish merchant clans settled in China. Another is Ji (Gold, in Chinese), like my friend Professor Ji of Tientshin. We Jews are everywhere and always, always conspiring.

Israel's Sand Worm Fighters

Egyptian security sevices have accused the Mossad of training sharks to bite tourists in the Red Sea, harming Egyptian tourist industry. And there is that Saudi Arabian Chief General that arrested and interrogated a migrating vulture suspected of spying for Israel. One has to wonder if the Arab mind, always unstable, is not falling into raging paranoia.

May be they are not falling, but we are pushing them. It appears that the IDF has in its employ exotic wild animals, such as ibexes and antilopes clearing bush behind enemy lines, llamas carrying packs inthe mountains and so on. The sight of these creatures has fired up Arab imagination and now they suspect a Mossad operative in every strange bird and fish. I wish to imagine we are waging a well planned, low cost psy-war operation to drive the Arabs crazy.

I dont know why, but that Siamese fighting fish in my aquarium (pic) seems suspiciously interested in me. Is it a chicom spy?

Self Criticism

For the last ten days I have been working very hard. Today I started at 0400 AM. But the results are bad. Yesterday I asked to be paid for a project finished one and half years ago, and the businessman said he did not receive all the permits and will not pay me. I said that we are two years after the permit if he has problems of renewing it, it is not my problem and I am retiring all the designs I submitted so he automatically loses his permit to sell his products. And the Fire Department will immediately close down the whole outfit. We shouted to each other and I was about to go to his place to collect but I had another urgent project to finish.

I finished this morning the olive oil project and the food engineer had to sign it to be submitted to the Ministry of Health. She said she is moving back to Ucraine and opening a hotel near the Azov Sea and has no time and anyway, she needs a complete architectural drawing of the place including sections. I had recommended her, so I am being blamed for her demands, the client imagined that I would take responsability for the whole project.

I'm so pressed by deadlines that have no time to send out bills and money is not coming in. I am rethinking my business: Change number one, reject small, desperate, struggling, inexperienced clients, because they dont believe in the difficulties they are facing and how much it will cost them. They cannot get themselves to accept the fact that a permit to sell felafel in the street in Tel Aviv takes one year and about 5,000 dollars worth of architectural and engineering fees. They are not willing to understand that the oil interceptor they are required to install costs more than their felafel making machine. I'm going to focus on the "cream" of the market, that is large firms that know the demands and are not searching for tricks to avoid paying.

It is very un-PC to say so, but an engineer like myself should not even talk to these kind of people. They are not "gente decente", "gente como uno". I am so angry and sad that I invested so much energy and time in working for the wrong kind of clients.

Bad Dream

In my dream, I was in Shanghay's Bund and tsunami waves were coming toward the continent. Then the street opened up and a long ICBM emerged silently. It was war and I woke up.

IQ and Conscientiousness

I have read that there is a link between IQ and conscientious. IQ measures the ability to take exams, and I know all about consientiousness: there are people who take great care in everything they do; they are painstaking and diligent - in short, those unbearable, obnoxious, fanatical, obsessive, untiring, supersmart fellows. Now, imagine living with a number of hyper-conscientious females. I dont have to imagine, I do. This is Hell!

Today my little daughter returned from Katza's end of year ceremony with the honor certificate (בהצתינות). All my girls were the best students and I'm proud of them. They must be well supplied with IQ, yet I'd like them to be less קרציות - "kartziatiut" ("tickiness") is Hebrew slang for conscientiousness. Ticks, is no secret, are arachnids of the subclass Acarina. Their favorite hobby is sucking blood from any living creature (they are not choosy: they will happily torture a mammal, a bird, a reptile or whatever). They have a knack for selecting the most unreachable part of one's anatomy, such as inside of the ear, where they secure themselves with their steel-like clamps and slowly suck out the victim's blood. They are conscientious haemophags, they cannot be separated by force and they never give up voluntarily. Do this, do that! The split second they feel you are trying to empty your mind and think nothing, they set their pumps on turbo mode: "Now that you are not doing anything, change the light bulb, fill the crack in the wall, repair the dripping faucet, call that old auntie, so on ad infinitum. They kill themselves working hard but only to make you feel worthless, and they work extra hard on things that can be left for tomorrow or are utterly unimportant. Just to show you how lazy YOU are.

Why cant I have an easygoing, lazy, relaxed, low-IQ family?

And it is not only my girls that are "kartziot". You walk on the street in this city and people will shout you if you start crossing the street before the light turns green, or if you delay crossing when the color changes. They have eagle eyes and will see from the next block when you drop a piece of paper; they will come running and ordering you to pick it up. Then you have to endure a ten minute re-education lecture on the importance of keeping the streets clean. I tell you, this whole city is peopled by blood-thirsty "kartziot".

Who is the scientist that linked IQ with consientiousness? You can have it all for yourself, Sir, because me, I am going back to my asado con tinto. South America of my siestas, I am coming back. For a while.

On the Frankfurt School

Anon defined the 'Frankfurt School' as

a group of communists in Germany of the 1930's who woke up to the fact that the masses were not behaving on cue, despite the worsening economic situation. They decided Marxism needed updating and essentially advocated a change from the crude, stupid economic rhetoric to the more subtle and effective machinations designed to infiltrate the bastions of Western Culture, ie the family, the media and the Academe.

Curiously, the Nazis did not find this to their taste (J's Comment: I disagree. The National Socialist movement - which was Socialist and Marxist ! - also moved within the general revolutionary intellectual environment of Pre-WW2 Central Europe. It was only the Jewish intellectuals who had to leave Germany, and not because of their ideas but because they were Jews. Most found refuge in Palestine, only a few succeeded in immigrating to the USA)..., so most of them escaped to the US where they conned the unsuspecting locals into extending a charitable welcome; especially, I believe, in a particular university in New York.

Once esconced in the comfort and security of the US, they set about destroying it, and the West in general, with what they describe as "The long march through the institutions". This has resulted in what is known today as "Cultural Marxism:, also known as "Political Correctness".

Among the many perfidies they promulgate can be included the trashing of the nuclear family; open borders; indoctrination of the young; undermining free speech rights; the ridicule of white identity while actively promoting other ethnic identities in opposition to whites; feminism; erosion of public morals; humiliation and weakness of western countries; large scale guilt-mongering; and on and on.

I think anon is wrong in defining the phenomenon as a conspiracy. Reality is more complex. There was never a "Frankfort School" as such, only a diffuse philosophical movement or environment. (I was corrected by anon.: There was a formal academic institution called the Frankfurt School, with paid researchers and a modernist concrete building. This being a Learning Diary, I thank those who improve me so I can learn from my mistakes.). When it sprouted "Cultural Marxism", it was rejected and combatted by all Communist Parties in the world. This ideological environment of Pre-WW2 Central European intelligentzia affected also the National Socialist movement (which had much ideological affinity with the German Communist Party).

Most of the German Jewish intellectuals did not move to the USA (they couldnt, because of America's strict quotas against Jewish refugees) but to Palestine. Here they had no influence at all, except maybe in architecture. Intellectually and politically they were erased by the very hard Zionist Left that dominated the Sochnut (a pre-State forerunner of the Israeli government) that had no time for philosophical elucubrations of the despised "yekkes". Eventually, Israeli left (aka the labour party) adopted the Political Correctness doctrine, but not because the post-mortem influence of the yekkes but because of its aping the Americans. Heaven is mercyful and the rotten Israeli Left has been displaced by the political line of Vladimir Jabotinsky. Should these people (widely called the Likud) go soft, a harder movement is already waiting at the wings to take their place. They are the religious zionists, Mizrahi, whose youth is spearheading the Jewish settlement in Samaria. Should they spoil (I see signs of it - many embrace the Earth aka "organic" and "green" holisticism), then the hard core (pic) will crawl out of the crevices and lead the nation. A step further to the right, impatient, are those who are working on bringing the Messiah (I am not kidding). They go by the Bible. Literally. It is not the Jews that keep the Shabbath, the Shabbath (the Bible) keeps the Jewish people.

Diversity Dazibao at the American Mathematical Society

From Dennis Mangan's blog I followed to the American Mathematical Society's webpage, and found to my surprise a declaration of the society's priority, which was to promote racial and gender diversity among the ranks of American Mathematicians. Moreover, the website had a meticulous breakdown of PhDs by gender, race, nationality, etc. all arranged in neat tables that reminded me of the Rasse- und Siedlungshauptamt (RuSHA) tables. I commented on the transparent insincerity of the excessive pro-diversity declaration, and attributed its prominent positioning in the website as consequence of fear - they were so afraid of being called racist or genderist (is that a word?) that they went to the opposite extreme of detailed racial and statistical analysis pretending to demonstrate that they were NOT racists.

A few hours after of my comments, the pro-diversity "dazibao" (big-character poster 大字报, a reference to Mao's Cultural Revolution) and those shocking racial tables have disappeared from AMS's website. So embarassing.

Will the Chinese Communist Party Fall on the Three Gorges Dam?

I had a rough day in Mey Avivim, the Tel Aviv Water Corporation. It was their first day in their new offices in Europe House and were most unhappy: the windows open at passerby foot level. Basically, they are buried underground. My mind, trying to escape from reality, focused on the Three Gorges Dam, the largest civil engineering project in the world. As known, China is undergoing a very severe drought and a possible climate change. It is serious. Chinese politicians are smelling an issue and ganging on the Communist Party. That is, the Communist Party appeared firmly united behind the decision to build that monstruous structure, but watching the standing order at the inauguration ceremomy, some Chinologist think that there have been internal differences. Now, that there is a problem with water, we are hearing noise regarding the wrongness of the dam and it may become a central issue against the ruling clique. The dam cannot be closed down to quiet down the "green" protest like say, the German nuclear power industry. It is a colossal mountain of concrete, it cannot be hidden or talked away, it stands there and those who built it are forced to defend it. The fact that the Communist Party of China is NOT defending it nor explaining, may mean that there are real problems we dont know of as of now. Their silence is deafening.

Drinking red wine

At age 11-12 I started to think where I was and what I would do. The universe was a self-winding machine with no purpose. The nearest of a purpose or will I could discern was my own self, a self-reproducing automathon designed with the purpose of finding food and reproducing. I had known no other state of mind than permanent, unbearable fear so to escape I conceived a life plan fulfilling the mission embedded in me, after which I would have peace. I wrote this down and to visualize it, I draw a picture of myself having completed the plan. A fat old smiling Buddha.

The plan was quantified in number of children and an amount of dollars. I have long ago completed the plan. It was a cakewalk. I am now the fat old Buddha. Why I am not smiling? What I am to do now? The time is past for plans. The time is for drinking chilled red wine and watch the clouds being swept eastwards by the anti-monsoon.

Deutsche Bank

Greek debt will never be paid back. Moreover, Greece may be unable to pay even th interest on its debt. So the question of its debt management is that of the rollover - to find entities that accept the old debt and are ready to trade it for new debt on different conditions. Last week there was some difficulty in rolling over a piece of the Greek debt which stressed the permanently over-anxious stock market. Shares went down. Now the fear has eased a bit but I have lost much money.

Looking into it, the Greek debt is marginal to Europe. European banks that have lent the money are strong enough to suffer a Greek default. The most exposed is Deutsche Bank that has 45% of its Tier II capital in Greek Debt. How this well managed bank got into this situation, that I dont know. All in all, German Banks have little to fear from Greek debacle: their realproblem is contagion. The German Banks are owed a hundred billion euros by Irish banks. If the Irish are unable to roll over their debt, the whole European edifice collapses.

In its essence, the banks receive money from depositors as against the promise of paying back with interest. The banks have to find entities that will accept the money against the promise of paying it back plus higher interest. Banks like Deutsche Bank accepted at face value Greek faked accounts an lent them money, which now we know, cannot be paid back. Other banks lent money to Irish banks that were financing Irish industrial growth. It is the German worker's saving that is now at risk. They will have no old-age pensions.

The whole financial system is a Ponzi. The system works to the moment that people has the confidence that it will work. When they stop believing, they want their mnoney back now and willnot accept future promises. The thing seems to me incredibly fragile, yet it has worked more or less smoothly for hundreds of years. In reality, it is very robust.

In a world without finance, people has to have family to help them out in rough times and children to take care of them in their old age. We cannot go back to primitive economy, we are stuck in this world. We need more faith to make stocks grow. We need people believe in the future. The Floating World of Shanghay

Comrade Chief Detective Chen Cao is thrown by Party Secretary Li into a bloody intrigue. From a history/travelogue point of view, the Shanghay that emerges from the novel is quite confusing: Chen has a black Mercedes with driver yet lives in a one room apartment; the political and police elite are blood brothers of the entertainment (prostitution) business snakeheads; the only thing that motivates the Chinese Government (apart from stealing as much as they can) is keeping face vis-a-vis foreigners and rivals. The novel is full of descriptions of revolting banquets of live snakes and poems of winds and clouds that leave me cold. Passion and sex are absent: THIS IS CHINA!

Cheating in the Exam

I worked all yesterday preparing the next Fluid Mechanics exam. It is considered to be the most difficult of the whole Civil Engineering five-year training. Here is one of the items (there are many). The problem describes a pump + pipeline system; the examinee has to calculate the work point of the pump and select the pump (or pumps). I have the feeling that it is too easy for Israel's future engineers. Is it?

(No cheating allowed. The actual problem in the exam will be a bit different).

The best profession in Israel 2011

It appears that the best profession in Israel is to be a lawyer - what is called Corporate Counsel. They are paid a minimum of 15,000 dollars a month and are involved in everything the business does. When I was working in Israel's Water Authority (נציבות המים) we had to clear everything through the Yoetz HaMishpati, the corporate legal council, and later also through the Spokesman ("HaDober"). The Legal Department was "manned" by young plain girls who did the research (it is not so simple to find the relevant and valid legislation). They were not particularly smart and they were totally uninterested in the subject matter - water engineering. One issue I dealt with was a cactus farm in the Negev created by a Kever Benjamin building contractor called Bloom. He invested in the farm on the basis of a promise that he will receive the treated watewater of a nearby town to irrigate his cactus. The town did not build the Watewater Treatment Plant as planned (we had approved the project and provided the financing) out of sheer incompetence nd lazyness, and Mr Bloom's cactuses had grown and needed to be watered. He had to use drinking water for the irrigation. The price of drinking water is very high in Israel, irrigation water cost a fifth of it, and recycled wastewater is the cheapest. With the years Mr Bloom had accumulated a large debt for the drinking water, and he was sueing us for the difference in prices with regard the recycled water he had been promised and not supplied. I visited the farm but in my time Mr Bloom had suspended the irrigation, the cactus were not producing and it was a ghost farm almost abandoned. You have endure Hell to make a start up succeed in Israel.

What I am saying that everything in Israel seems to turn into a legal issue to be decided at Court. With the incredible proliferation of regulations and regulatory personnel, the main problem of a business is to be allowed by the establishment to carry out its business. People are always looking for opportunities to sue the neighbors or anyone (last year some 140,000 complaints reached the State ombudsman) and there are lawyers specialized in taking up their complaints against the "deep pockets". The cases involving water need technical witnesses and that is my job. I'm flooded with this kind of work. Businesses are also required to submit incredible number of reports - many of them technical reports that are critisized by the regulator's own technical people and have to be redone and redone forever. The last environmental legislation requires almost all businesses (apparently all industrial factories and workshops, but also may include pizzerias) to submit annual reports of compliance with lab records of wasterwater composition and air pollution samples (people is always complaining of bad odors emmitted by restaurants ... and the neighbor's kitchen downstairs). The pizzeria owners have no idea what they want from them and consult me. Their sole question is: How much will it cost?

Obama passing as a Black American

Steve Sailer reveals the tremendous opportunities for advancement offered to Black Americans in today's USA. The 50 million strong Black American ethnic groups produces about 2000 youths with academic potential per year, as against a demand of tens of thousands. Any intelligent, disciplined, dedicated, focused Black American will be embraced by the system and pushed ahead. The sea will open up to the willing and capable Black American.

Barak Obama defnitely is NOT a Black American ethnics. Mother is WASP and Father (biologically) a Luo, an ink black Sudanese tribesman. Genetically, he has nothing in common with the 70% yellow-skinned Bantu + 30% WASP mix that make up the American Black ethnics. Culturally, he grew up among WASPs and never met an American Black till adulthood.

The man early grasped the opportunity and focused on passing as an American Black. He got into Harvard on the basis of checking the Black square and writing an essay on his dreams of african heritage (he had none, of course). it worked wonderfully, he got accepted and promoted to the prestigious position of editor of the Law School journal. Then, based on his Black American avatar, he entered politics championing Black American ethnic ghetto interests. The system soon co-opted him as senator.

At this point he was identified by the plutocrats (pic) as what he was: an intelligent, capable and ambitious man who succeeded in gaming the system and had excellent potential for the top post. They saw through his pretenses of Blackness and his Black American communist connections. The financial and political power of the establishment embraced him, got behind him and pushed him ahead.

It appears to have been a good choice. He beat George Bush. He put Wall Street in charge of the American economy. He feeds religiously the industrial-military complex. He appears at AIPAC meetings and holds seder dinners at the White House. The fifty million real, authentic Black Africans are extatic. Even Middle East Arabs are confused by his rethorics - he looks and talks like a friend. Even this old Jew, should he be an American citizen (which is not), may vote for his re-election.

New Winds in Economic Debate

The economic weather is changing. Paul Krugman, The Economist's Buttonwood, Robert Kuttner (Debtor's Prison) and others are starting to remember the 1920 situation and suggest that some debts should not be paid back. Post WWI bankers created insoluble depressions by their insistence in paying national debts, including Germany's war reparations. Some national debts were repudiated, such as Tzarist Russia's bonds, others were paid. Andre Kostolany made his millions speculating in national debt, he describes how he got inside information that the weak Danish government had decided to pay its debt, and bought up cheap those instruments and was paid in full.

Krugman is saying that the world is in the hands of a small rentier class, that 10% of the population is creditor (rentier) and the 90% is debtor and has to live selling its working power. The current government is decidedly favouring the creditor class by avoiding inflation and punishing the working class. Apparently there is little middle class in America, what they call middle class are people who has no properties except their homes and live from salaries. America is a plutocracy in the most extreme sense.

Not paying debts is anatema for creditors, yet freeing the debtors from the paralyzing burden of debt may allow them to increase production. Argentina paid 30 cents on the dollar and resumed its growth. The ideas being debated today is to renegotiate Greece's unpayable debt and pay say 30 cents on the dollar and start anew. Greek bonds are paying 16% which are unsustainable. If Greece, then Spain, Portugal, Italy, Great Britain. And the largest debtor of all, America.

Apparently the solution to renegate debts through inflation is disliked by all. There are no signs that hyperinflation is being considered. I imagined that it was the only option, yet it is not happening. At world level, the Chinese are the largest creditors. Strangely, they are silent.

Prayer Before Fasting

This morning I breakfasted on leftover cold rice; the grains stuck together in my throat and almost choked. It was painful. I have heard people choking to death on meat (like Atilla the Hun) or fish, but never on Thai rice. I cant find myself since then. Decided to fast a day. Zambian Native to Head the IMF

Stanley Fischer has applied for the top IMF post. He has a wellpaying job as head of the Bank of Israel and only last year he was appointed to a second five-year term. He said:

"An extraordinary, unexpected and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has arisen, to run for the head of the International Monetary Fund, which I decided I wanted to do after many considerations."

The international financial media doubts his chances. Never had an African native been appointed to such post.

Despite Fischer's achievements, the position may be a long-shot for the Zambia native. The post has traditionally gone to a European, and French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde has emerged as the front-runner.

American Jew: Pack Your Bag!

When The Economist is not distracted by its obsessive hate of Israel, it can think quite sharp. For example, Buttonwood comments on Pauk Krugman's note (carelessly titled "Who are the rentiers?"):

So if rentier rule was marked by sound money, balanced budgets and positive real rates, what do we have now? Two years of quantitative easing, huge budget deficits and negative real rates. 19th century central bankers would regard this era with anathema. That is what struck me as so strange about Mr Krugman's argument.

One element of confusion in this argument is the rule of QE this time. It has been designed to push up share prices, as Mr Bernanke and its supporters attest. But it has been more successful (in my view) at bolstering equities than it has in boosting the economy (unemployment was 9.5% in August 2010, when the QE2 policy was unveiled and is 9.1% now). The stockmarket seems to be drifting lower in the absence of a QE3 programme (which Mr Krugman desires). But higher share prices do benefit the wealthy, Wall Street bankers and CEOs. If they are to be defined as the sole members of the rentier class, then he is in favour of handing them a huge bonus.

Buttonwood says, if I understood him (and I'm under pressure to finish that stupid metal working factory's design) is that the battle is between the rentier class and the working class, and inflation favours this or that group. Bernanke is working to the benefit the rentier group that owns stocks. He implies that higher stock prices do not create value from the blue sky, but extract it from the working class. We have not advanced one inch from Marx's basic understanding of the economy.

PS.: חברה, let's be honest with ourselves. As shown in the table above (vide Krugman), 50% of all stock is owned by 1% of the population. Who are the rentiers? asks Krugman. You dont have to read Forbes 500 nor Stormfront to know that too many of them are ethnic Jews. Put that together with what Krugman says, that the American working class is being exploited by the plutocracy aka rentier class, and that the situation is rapidly worsening, you arrive to the conclusion that American Jews should be busy packing their bags. America can barely pay the interest on its debt, so inevitably is facing a period of harsh austerity and social stress. The standard of living has been falling for a decade, soon the dollar will have to be devalued, unemployment and the cost of living will rise. American Jew, what are you waiting for? Sell everything while your stock is worth something and move to Israel. Learn from Argentine Jews who sold their apartments for peanuts. Learn from Soviet Jews who left without anything and even had to pay back the cost of their education. Learn from this old Hungarian Jew. The Shomron is waiting for you.

The book has two interesting figures: Johnny Walker and Colonel Sanders. They are disembodied "concepts" with specific tasks, of repairing disharmonies that appear once in a while in the universe. Col. Sanders procures a "sex machine" for a truck driver as down payment for moving the "entrance stone", because the "concept" has no existence and has to do its work through real persons.

Tel Feigele

Following my last night train of ideas, it is permitted for pious Jews in Hungary to manufacture pork salamis or to design mosques in China - given that it is for parnose, that is, to make a living (in a general sense, because it is also allowed to get rich and even very rich). So I should not be surprised when my beloved Tel Aviv, the first Jewish city in 2000 years, promotes itself as a tourist magnet for homosexuals. One economist already has estimated that yesterday's Tel Aviv Gay Parade left 7.5 million dollars in foreign exchange in the city. Gay sex turists are free spenders and we are only too happy to accept their dirty money. It is not exactly what Tel Aviv's founders had in mind, but the fact is that their dream city has not only survived a hundred years of war but prospering mightily. My Soghdian merchant friends already must have thought out what products to carry in this peculiar Tel Aviv neighborhood: financial center by day and feigele mecca by night. Designing Mosques in China

My daughter the architecture student is learning Chinese and preparing to leave for Shanghay. We imagined (or were fooled to believe) she was going to work on one of Shanghay's signature projects, one of those prepotent architectural statements. Now it appears that it is small architectural studio with a portfolio of ... mosques! I surmise they choose her for representing authentic Islamic architecture tradition - the famous mosques of Jerusalem, Mecca and Medina! When in Western China, I was frequently banquetted at Muslim restaurants featuring mutton instead of pork and toured through Muslim quarters and mosques. Kaifeng and other Chinese Jews, after losing the possibility of maintaining their identity, choose to melt into the nearest religion which is Islam. Ethnic Han - specifically Communist Party Government types - have no idea nor interest in religion and they took me for a Muslim. After telling Muslims that I came from Jerusalem, I was well received, then discussed me with their learned men, and yes, I was large in the Holy Quran, they knew exactly who I was: I was a member of an powerful tribe allied to the Prophet but we changed sides and betrayed him. My daughter at the Technion took Islamic Art and Architecture. She reads Arabic. I told her that in Hungary it was OK for us Jews to manufacture pork salami (in fact, Hungarian salami is a Jewish invention) because it was for parnose (to make a living) so it will be more than kosher for her to design mosques in South China.

PS. We are designing her calling card in Chinese. You have to be very careful: my first card in Chinese translated "Israel" as the "country of the people who doesn't eat sinew" or something like that. The Chinese signs to my name were deemed inappropiate. Well, we have come a long way from that. Maybe she should use as her logo the Golden cupola of the Mosque on Jerusalem's Temple Mount. Benny Gantz, our war chief, promised that the next war will be very short.

Tel Aviv Collapsing

The Tel Aviv Financial Center Supermarket project is becoming ever more complicated. Yesterday I had a meeting with the Owner of this TASE company. Following my report that the 5 stories building was built in the twenties with salty marine sand and the underground walls and columns were desintegrating (see pic), he had already a meeting with the City Engineer and on Sunday I am to follow up at the Dept. level. I am amazed how fast these people operates. They are not like me. always postponing things. He had understood the issue immediately (not for nothing he built up - in the five years I am working for him - a stock exchange corporation in Israel's hellish jungle business environment.) He did not show the minimal worry or hesitation, the project is going ahead at full speed.

PD: This real estate is worth more than its equivalent on Wall Street, NYC. No kidding, Tel Aviv Financial Center real estate is very expensive and the shekel is very strong (and the dollar very weak).

PSS: BTW, these people are pious Jews from a remote Soghdian caliphate. A century ago we Ashkenazi Jews didnt even know about their existence.

A long time ago Argentina had an official rate of exchange while Uruguay was free. I used to take the night transborder to Colonia and then the early morning bus to Montevideo. Some time in the past a copy of Marvel Comic X-Men passed by my hand and I threw it away, lacking the emotional strength to deal with it. All these years the comic had been in the background while I systematically looked the other way, and never got to read it to the end. The subject of the existence of Auschwitz (where my family was killed and only my Mother came back) and the dilemma of how a gifted Jewish boy was to survive among the un-gifted goyim, was too strong for me. This morning I found myself reading Steve Sailer's article and was able to read it to the end and understand the story. Steve Sailer has given me something valuable, and I feel that I owe him, yet I am physically unable to send money to America (I grew up in Hungary on American HIAS food).

Now I am not going to analyse the ideas debated in the X-Men story. My parents never talked about the Holocaust, and I am not going to talk about my own "Dark Secrets". I dont have the emotional strength and anyway, it would do no good. I'll only say that I have long resolved my dilemma: my answer is Zionism, to build the Jewish State. Ius Trium Liberorum, The Three Children Law

The marriage laws of Augustus ( Lex Iulia de marit andis ordinibus / Lex Papia Poppaea ) intended to stop Rome's depopulation. Rome's demographic situation was becoming desperate at that time, the Empire was successful and needed more people. The only people still reproducing was - imagine - those obnoxious Judeans. All Greek authors (the Eastern Empire spoke Greek) remark the fertility of the Jews, and are indignant that Jews do not share the universal custom of killing unwanted babies but they care for all the children they have. It granted important privileges to Roman Citizens having at least three children, such as free admission to the circus, right to the best seats, fast advancement in the Civil Service and tax allowances. Later the distinction lost its original intention and the JTL (this was an honorary title attached to one's name, like OBE - Order of the British Empire) was being awarded not for children but for other non-demographic achievements. The Romans were a very talented race but failed miserably in maintaining their numbers and to hold their Empire together. They waged a terrible war of extermination against Judea, precisely in the era of Augustus, which can be understood only if they saw in the Jews their most dangerous enemies and competitors. The Romans were decent and generous a goyishe folk, and never mass-killed conquered peoples. They applied extermination policies only against Cartago (Kyriath Hadasha in Tunis) and Judea.

If history is repeating itself, European peoples are doomed to another cycle of decadence and conquest by foreign barbarians. But that is very bad news for us Jews. The 20th Century was very bad for us, and the 21th one may be even worse.

Nota bene: I got interested in Roman Law when I was a teenager in the University. During two years I shared a room with a law student, a Spanish boy from Tierra del Fuego, living a disciplined, austere, monkish life. I was so thoroughly bored that read all his books on Roman Law and even went to some of his classes. Contemporary youth cannot even start to imagine Roman concepts like Patria Potestas.

Tribute to Paul Robeson

It was in the kindergarten in Budapest that I learned about Paul Robeson and now, an old old man, shall not change my opinion. He is a great human being. Hear Paul Robeson, the greatest bass voice ever: "We are climbing Jacob's Ladder", a spiritual. Hear "Joe Hill": "The Copper Bosses killed you Joe, they shot you Joe" says I. "Takes more than guns to kill a man" says Joe "I didn't die". Hear the Swedish version too (Joe was a Swede).

Project on Echad HaAm Str.

This morning I toured my next project: Echad HaAm Str. 13, Tel Aviv, Bank LeumiBldg., in the very epi-center of Israel's Wall Street. From inside, the bluiding is shocking. The building blocks are corroded and crumbling, the concrete is almost sand stone and the iron rods inside are totally corroded and visible. The first floor has been reinforced with large iron bars, but it seems to me that the first small earthquake or rocket attack will cause to collapse the whole ancient structure. I am not structural engineer so it is only an impression. The sewage piping is an absurd system of old and new pipes, with two rainwater pumping stations (at ten meter distance), a pump on an empty drum for sewage (it is impossible to know that it pumps and where), there are hundreds of water pipes and dozens of unapproachable water meters. My opinion is to dismantle and destroy all the piping and build a well planned (by me, who else) new system. But owners love to save Neolithic pipes from their deserved place in the museum and love to think they are saving half a kopeyka by not replacing old pipes.

Jenin, the Garden City

Yesterday I went to a new olive oil factory in the North, near Jenin, the biblical Ir HaGanim (The City of Gardens). A city of that size peopled by Jews would be full of activity, industries, traffic; but full of catathonic Arabs as it is, presents a very quiet, almost pastoral impression. The entrepreneurs are a couple of Oriental Jews from Bney Brak. I find that these religious people - "primitive" would be the world to describe them but the world primitive says nothing and it is offensive - are our "adelantados" in Samaria. These people built most of the houses in the settlements and live there, they were the firsts to buy plots in the industrial areas on paper and built factories there. Almost all of the industrial areas are now owned by these kind of people and as Samaria is becoming expensive, they are now very rich. Maybe 80% of the Jews living in Samaria are Orientals, although the journalists visit only the Ashkenazi villages because they speak English and have a set of concepts more or less understandable to foreigners, and physically they look the role of European colonizers. Oriental Jews look like Arabs, dont speak English and cannot understand any Occidental concept (If you live in the Book of Joshuah, how do you translate "human rights"?). But they do share a language with the Palestinian villagers around, who are mostly descendants of Biblical Jews of the Galilee, and live in world of ideas and customs that is not foreign to the Bible. Interestingly, Oriental Jews assume naturally their role of "conquerors" (God gave them the land, something undisputable to them and to the locals. They mean it in a general way, because they will fight to death for any specific plot on their name) and of "bosses" employers of Arabs, and there is no friction between them and the Palestinian villagers around. There is a lot of mutual shouting in modern Hebrew-Arabic but no cultural friction. The pic shows Jenin from one of the hills that surround it.

Bestiality on SciAm's Mind

For dozens of years, I read (no, I absorbed) Scientic American like the Bible. So I was shocked reading its article on Kanazawa. Kanazawa had quoted some research suggesting that blondes were more attractive than Negresses. Elemental, Dr. Watson. That issue had raged years ago on GNXP and a consensus had been reached, so I found Kanazawa's article weak and banal at the same time and forgot about it. Yet he was ipso-facto sacked, mass-protested against (like in the Cultural Revolution) and now SciAm publishes a shameful and lying article on him, making it necessary to re-examine what is going on. Sci Am reasoning is outrageous.

"My dog, Gulliver, and I, for instance, would probably have trouble getting on the same page about which is more attractive—that demure, two-year-old bitch down the road with an immaculate pedigree, or the airbrushed twenty-four-year-old-coed on this month’s cover of Playboy. To declare that one of us is “right” and the other “wrong” exposes the evolutionary error in trying to classify attractiveness in objective terms. It doesn’t matter how handsome he is—and he is quite handsome, I should say—but if Gulliver preferred supermodels to Shih Tzus, this wouldn’t be a very wise strategy from the mindless perspective of his genes. Likewise, and although there are more zoophiles out there than you may be aware, a heterosexual man of my age that finds canines in heat decidedly more attractive than fashion-industry supermodels would also run into severe problems in perpetuating his genes. I realize no female from any species would be sexually appealing to me, but that’s beside the point, just as is Gulliver’s status as a eunuch."

Obfuscating with evolutionary mambo-jumbo, SciAm say that dogs find bitches more attractive than supermodels, implying that comparing blondes with africans is like comparing canines and humans. Two different different categories that a true American Scientist would never compare.

So Scientific American has resurrected that old idea that Blacks and Whites are different species. Wrong, but not my problem. But Kanazawa definitely does not state that blondes are more attractive for Europeans and Africans for Africans. He stated that blondes were considered universally more attractive than Negresses. To make it short, SciAm is not only misrepresenting aka lying, but the visual description of the author having sex with a dog makes me vomit. Pfuuia.

BLOOD IN THE BORDER - TIME TO BUY

Our version is that they made fire with tyres and exploded Syrian anti-tank mines. Do I see Turkey's flag in the down right corner? TASE is very low - it is time to buy. Pity I have almost no investable money.

Never Pay

There is nothing more dangerous than give in to extorsionists. A Florida judge gave green light to a lawsuit against Chiquita the banana company, for having paid extorsion money to local AUC security contractors. I have consulted in Uraba, Colombia, and lectured in Chiquita's former offices. Without AUC protection, dozens of Chiquita's employees would have been killed by the Communist rebels.

By 2004 Chiquita had given away for nothing all its operations in Colombia, and even agreed to pay 25 million dollars extorsion money to the United States government. Chiquita believed its poisonous Colombian chapter had been closed. But once you pay, they will never let you alone but you will be sucked dry. By the US Government, in this case.

Chiquita aka United Fruit Company has had such bad press that its case is hopeless. Chiquita is so disconnected from reality that allowed itself to be painted as the archetype of rain-forest killing Corporation, the one that killed the Tree of Life on Pandora. The best escape for Chiquita would have been to arrange in 1994 to be expropiated and nationalized by the Colombian government. The Colombian Army should have liberated the banana fields. The British could give them advice how to do it, they arranged Dictator Juan Peron to nationalize their old railway system to the delirious applause of the Argentine people, and in addition they got paid (overpaid in fact) in hard currency. You need imagination and courage for operations like that, which desperate British had in abundance and also Chiquita when all it had was a little Pirate Ship in the Caribbean, but now they got rich and wanted to be Good Global Citizens. I'm sure they never take a deep breath so they cannot be accused of emitting polluting CO2 gas. They gave up farting (methane !!!) long ago.

Can Anyone See The Arab Spring?

I cant. Egypt shut down the border with Gaza days after re-opening it and then allowed only pedestrian traffic on Saturday in what was a public relations stunt. The "Naksa" protests programmed for today have been cancelled. Israel had never enjoyed such long period of peace and favourable international PR situation. Bibi is what we needed.

Nery of the Internet

This impressive pic of a 35 y.o. woman from Haifa is Nery Oxman, currently working at some American university. I read about her work in a web magazine, and ocurred to me that I dont see women like her on the streets, ergo, her pic must have been "digitally enhanced". The author of the pic is Tal, an Israeli Nature Photographer. Lately I have the feeling that the world on the street - of ugly decaying buildings, of imperfect humans and mutant creatures - is but a bad copy of the real one. I feel that the "real", bright, beautiful, young, perfect word is not this one, that I am living in a deteriorated copy of the real world that I see in films, the TV, the internet. For me is a discovery, yet people always felt so: Plato said that we only see the shades projected on the wall of our cave by the luminous real world out there. Christian theology maintains this is a valley of tears and not the real world. We Jews never had that idea, for us, THIS is all there is. What kind of religion is that offers no consolation nor hope? Some Jews believe in the Resurrection of the Dead and buy burial plots on the Mount of Olives, to be among the first resurrected and to minimize the chance of missing out the event.
