Multi-Ethnic Israel
I'm the engineer for the Japanika restaurant chain and yesterday I had something to do in the expensive Herzliya Pituach branch. They have two Japanese looking chefs preparing sushi in the front - they are for the show. The waiters are sex-crazed local boys and girls, busy spreading pheromones around. The cooks are adult Oriental Jews while the dishwashers and the cleaning boys - smiling and happy African refugees that work non-stop like posessed demons. The owner is Ashkenazi counting the money in a nearby office. I sampled a hot fried shrimp and it was so full of soya oil that made me almost vomit. There is a 8000 liter fat separator and it is barely large enough. I didnt realize how much soya oil these fancy restaurants consume. We succeed in making junk food even from Japanese raw fish. The place is a gold mine.
