Tired, worried, exhausted, I think of other things, like that vodka and apple cake in the pic. After baking it, very little actual ethyl-vodka remains in the cake, so to achieve that unforgettable vodka experience, each piece has to be consumed with a big glass of vodka.

It turns out that a surprising amount of the alcohol does NOT evaporate in cooking. Still not a good way to get drunk but those who consume no alcohol for say religious reasons are deluding themselves if they think all the alcohol has boiled off - it hasn't.
