Usure: How It Works

The Bundesbank is pushing Europe into bankrupcy. Spanish bonds for recycling its debt were sold yesterday at 6% interest rate. The higher rate they pay, the faster they sink into insolvency. The more insolvent they are, they are forced to pay even higher interest rates to recycle their debts. It is the well know vicious circle of the usure. On the other hand, Germany is getting richer and the richer it is, its interest payments are lower and lower, even negative. People is anxious to give their money to Germany, to the point that they are ready to pay for the privilege. Germany, full of money that cost it nothing, buys Spanish debt that pays 6%. Soon Germany will own Spain, Greece, Italy and the rest. I thought usure was a practice reserved for us Jews. We have competition.

What else is to be done? Only other thing is to print money and destroy the euro. That will happen at some point anyway.

Time to return to gold.

Inflation or expropiation is the solution. Recession is not.

The recession should be allowed to go through. Liquidate the debt. Raise interest rates, cut govt. spending dramatically. Let the economy restructure and become more productive...

Inflation only postpones the crash and will lead to something worse...a currency crisis...

How is Spain supposed to pay back its dabt plus compound interest if it is in recession?

Spain and Greece should default of course...the creditors who made bad loans should take their losses.

Germany has foreign debts of ... 5000 billion dollars. They are next in line.
Just wait for the moment when "the markets" will discover that.

London rules. They could financially crush Germany in an afternoon. DE is just a pawn. And a stupid one if I may say, otherwise they'd shut up and lay low. They are getting branded as the evil ones right now. And evil ones always have pretty unpleasant lives. Quite painful sometimes.
Nothing new around. Just as president Poincarre told the Kaizer he wasted a good opportunity to shut up. It seems germans always waste all opportunities to shut up and keep quiet.
