The world's real political business is being done by a new coalition - the “5+1 group” (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany). Being co-opted in the world's governing body is a big step for Germany, recognizing the political power it has achieved. The West may be decaying, but time being is ruling the world. Pic. Karl.
