Taking out loans to invest in the stock exchange is adding stress, so it should be discontinued. Basically, a stable and eventless life is recommended.

Long Life
The shock of the premature, untimely death of Prof. BenZion Netaniyahu, made me the check what are my chances of going on living. According to a quiz, I may be able to keep up this blog for a few years more. How could that be prolonged? The quiz gives an answer:

I really like stability, without the promise of somewhat longer life.
Maybe I misunderstood. I have to drink MORE!
Is sleeping more than 7 hours per day unhealthy, or is it the opposite? Most people seem "programmed" for a bit over 8 hours of sleep, and per recent news reports, the problem in the U.S. is that a large portion of the population gets much less sleep than that (4-6 hours per night).
According to the quiz, sleeping 8 hours per day is too much.
