Collar Them All!

Shellie Zimmermann (right) was jailed while her husband (left) is awaiting trial for murder. One doesnt have to be a Lombroso to know that these two moon faced specimens are congenital criminals. His sister is still free but not for long as the judge is decided to collar the whole Jukes-like clan to ensure the safety of Black burglars scouting the neighborhood.

It is a bit sad.. apparently the Zimmermans were trying to hide the donations that they received not from the government but from their own family .... in trashy families (of any race), when there is a windfall (winning the lottery, getting hit by a car, becoming a cause celebre) you are expected to share among your cousins/sisters, etc. - buy this one a car, help that one with his mortgage payment, etc. Soon the $ is all gone.

There was recently a case where a teen falsely accused a boy of rape (and her mother collected a large settlement from the school district where the "rape" took place). In fact it was a consensual encounter (and she was over the age of consent). After he got out of prison, she repented and tried to contact him. As a result, his record was cleared. Now good luck trying to get the $ back.

A decent legal analysis of the perjury thing can be found here: http://goo.gl/8o7YZ

It's hilarious that I was born in Brezhnev's USSR, came to the Land of the Free, and am now witnessing show trials against enemies of the people (we all know which people.) Time to GTFO before they reinvent any more Soviet wheels.

Its the Esther Rosenberg strategy. There's even a brother in law involved. Let's hope they don't fry this one too.

They will go too far.

An unconscious error that was not really an error. It turns out Ethel Rosenberg's real name really was Esther- at that time most American Jews were known by the "Americanized" version of their Jewish name. There must have been a book in Yiddish that was written 50 years before that gave the translations - Esther = Ethel, Yankel = Julius, etc. because by the time these kids got their names, American goyim were no longer naming their children Julius and Irving and Esther, etc. and so these Jews did not "fool" anyone with their "American" names.

In the series of photographs of Zimmerman over the last few months, he looks increasingly worried and isolated.

The Cheka is doing its work.

They are amateurs, comrade. If they were the CheKa, Zimmerman would have long confessed to putting ground glass into the black proletariat's food and to working for Papua New Guinea's Trotskyite intelligence apparatus.

A liberal democracy does not operate like the CzeKa barbarians. Zimmermann will confess and assume the role assigned to him by the consensus. It is called plea bargaining, if I am not mistaken. It is very effective, Zimmmermann has no escape, will choose the only alternative to a prolongued and expensive trial. In fact, he has been already condemned and is being punished.

From half sigma: The state of Florida is out to get the Zimmermans. This is obvious based on the fact that a special prosecutor, with a full-time-staff, has been tasked with this single prosecution. The state doesn’t do that unless it’s out to get someone, because there’s surely a lot more useful work they could be doing. Going after friendly witnesses and family members brings this up to a new level.

The modern State has tremendous power and doesn't have to beat a confession out of you like the Cheka. They can listen in on your phone calls and record them, as they did for the Zimmermans. They can put an army of lawyers on your case and hope that you can't outmatch their spending. If you try fundraising, they can accuse you of concealing assets and turn that against you as well. The Cheka were just thugs in black leather coats. The modern thug wears a nice wool suit and is much more insidious but just as much of a threat to freedom - even more because the evil is not at all obvious.

The CheKa had a conviction rate that must have been well into the 90s. I can't say that the odds of Zimmerman getting convicted are that high. Furthermore, they spent a lot less resources per enemy of the people than these assholes do (which of course is a feature and not a bug from their perspective.) It's Andropov's KGB and their battles with the dissidents, not Beria's NKVD or Dzerzhinsky's CheKa.

Of course, this is part of why I'm leaving the country. Israel's assholes aren't much better, but I have some hope for future reform there (if for no other reason than demographics-cat lady court cougars don't have kids.) Here, it will be more of the same but worse. Wait til shrinking financial resources make the American power class feel threatened, and see how they expand their legal arsenal then.

First I need to learn Hebrew, then hopefully serve, and we'll see after that.

"He will build and be built, as the song goes."

Who wrote that song, Marxists? It seems to parallel the concept of "new Soviet man."

It's that dirty Communist, the Prophet Jeremiah. The Jews have been the Bolshevist vanguard since before there were Bolshevists.

K,
Well, Judaism (and Christianity for that matter) does have a communitarian and socialist streak in some of its teachings.

Anonymous said...

This is false - communism in the end is all about compulsion. Jews have an obligation to take care of their fellow man but it is enforced thru tzdakah (charity or voluntary giving), not state compulsion. This is a completely different thing.

Right, state control since the end of the biblical period, K, but there is still social pressure. If laws in the book of Leviticus actually were applied in biblical times, farmers were not allowed to harvest at the edges of their fields or to pick up what was dropped during the harvest so that the poor and foreigners would have access to it.

B, The Army will teach you the lingo. Later you can learn Hebrew.

Bring things to read because the service can be boring and the company not always convivial. You will probably be with American and French boys, many of them religious, and Israelis who are volunteering to do the service (having been out of the coutnry or in jail or on the run when they normally had to do it). There are always a few Americans who dream of action and imagine that the IDF is like Rambo 7. These tend to drop out after a month of depressing inaction.

J,

I have a bit of a different background, so we will see how it goes. If you want to discuss specifics, drop me an email.

B,

Don't assume that just because you have experience and skills in this area that they will give you any credit for that. In fact, they may purposely ignore your background just to put you in your place. Be prepared to have your ego deflated.
