Koor of Nohi Dankner (one of my favorite stocks) owns 3% of Credit Suisse Group AG, a Swiss financial services company. Currently there are two analysts that rate CS a buy, no analysts rate it a sell, and one rates it a hold.
Only TheStreet rates CS as a sell because of its deteriorating net income, generally weak debt management, disappointing return on equity, weak operating cash flow and generally disappointing historical performance in the stock itself. Yes, CS pays good dividends.

"Hold" = Sell
"Sell" = get out yesterday (and is only rarely applied, "hold" generally suffices)
