Northern Gold

It appears that Iceman, a mummy found in the high Alps, was killed while en route to his (presumably, tax-evading) clients in the Northern forests. He was a proto-Swiss bullion trader. In Gessel, Lower Saxony, 117 pieces of gold were found stacked together in a linen cloth. The treasure is about 3,300 years old.  The 1.8 kilograms of pure gold consists of wire spirals tied together in chains of 10 spirals each. Pic.: This isn't jewelry, but gold bullion.

Somebody put that treasure there and may come back to reclaim it.
