The Panic/Euphoria model seems to prove that we are before a strong rally. We certainly "enjoyed" a very long period of panic. It stands to reason that the mood is about to change.
Membranes are improving fast and their prices are falling. I know little about membrane physics but this thing seems promising. It will kill Dupont and the Japanese membrane industry.
BTW, it may make possible to produce weapon grade plutonium at low cost at lab bench scale.
