There is no actual government of Italy. It is a Potemkin Village to mask the German adults who are now really in charge. Berlusconi plays the Village Idiot.

Yes, she openly snubbed him. That embarrassment began his public fall, continuing onto Ruby turning on him, and eventually Koko, too.
He's finally trying to recover. I wish him luck, but I don't know.
